About the marketplace
We’re committed to being a positive influence on the world.
In an industry that is notoriously wasteful, we are striving to encourage the circle of re-use. Buying into a gown with an existing story to enrich your own. We want to make it really easy to give your The Fall Bride Preloved pieces a second life. Extending the lifecycle of your gown, accessories, or even shoes through our secondhand marketplace means that they’re in use for as long as possible - making the most of the precious resources of our environment.
How selling works
Selling has never been easier.
Log in with the email address used when originally booking in for an appointment.
Access your digital wardrobe and see all of your previous purchases with us.
Set your price and the item’s condition on the product listings and then click sell!
The listing will go through a round of approval, we may reach out for further details to help get the most out of your item.
If a fitting is requested in store, you will receive a shipping label to send the piece(s) directly to us - the buyer can then try the gown in store at The Fall Bride, if the item is not purchased it will be shipped straight back to you.
How buying works
Buying pre-loved has never been safer.
- Everything listed on our reloved marketplace was originally purchased new from our brand.
- Found something you like? You can buy it for the asking price or make an offer. You can also chat directly to the seller.
- Want to try? Request a fitting with us, the seller will send the garment to The Fall Bride and we would love to host you.
- Your money is held securely on our platform until you have received the item.
- Once you have worn the item - sell it on again!
